After years of working hard and renting apartments and homes to save money, I’m ready to take the plunge and buy a home in Dunnellon, Florida. I don’t want to settle for just any home though. After all, it’s taken me years to work up the nerve to buy!

Considering this, I don’t really want to move into a cookie-cutter house. I want a house that’s built from the ground up just for me. That’s why I’m only looking at Dunnellon custom homes. I want to find a builder that specializes in creating quality designs that are unique and responsive to a homeowner’s personal tastes.

To help narrow down the choice of homes for sale in Florida, I’ve started researching potential builders on the Internet. I’m looking for a builder that is known by reputation. I want one with experience. And, I want one that has customer satisfaction ratings that go through the roof. I’m worth it!

So far, I’ve found a few builders of interest. One, in particular, keeps coming up and is known not only for Dunnellon construction, but also creating Tampa custom homes, in addition to properties in other markets. The pictures of this builder’s models are simply stunning.

At any rate, I have an appointment next week to go over my options if I choose this builder. I can’t tell you how excited I am. Saying goodbye to my rental won’t hurt my feelings a bit!
