I’m looking for a dentist in Washington DC.  I’ll be there in two days, but my own dentist here in Castle Rock can’t get me in.  I have a very sore pocket by my crown, and I think I need a little deep-cleaning session.  I’ve had them before, and once the thing is done it really is no big deal and I should be able to go on enjoying my trip.  But if I don’t have it done, then I think I’ll be bothered the whole time.  So I might as well get it done there!

I’d also like to find someone who does sedation dentistry in DC.  See, we’re visiting relatives there, but my uncle will NOT get any major work done-even fillings-because the usual numbing with shots simply does not work for him.  I think that while I’m there if I can get him in to talk to someone, then he’s more apt to go back on his own and get all of his multiple mouth problems taken care of.  He’s such a stubborn old goat, but I can hope for the best.  Especially if I can find a really good one-maybe a woman-who can tease him and cajole him, I just bet he’d do it.
