I Always Wanted a Hot Tub

The family I babysit for regularly has a hot tub, and often when I go over there the kids smell like hot tub chemicals. They are so lucky to grow up with a hot tub — and they don’t even realize it.
When I was young, I really wanted us to get a hot tub. We didn’t have any real landscaping in our backyard, so there were plenty of places we could have put it. Of course, my dad being who he is, spending money on a hot tub — even a cheap hot tub — was out of the question.
So all my life, it has always seemed quite exotic when I know someone who has a hot tub in their backyard, even though I know they are not as expensive as you might think. I babysat for a family once that had a “hot tub room” added on to the back of their house, with a big screen TV, a leather couch, and a hot tub sunken into the floor. That was probably the most expensive setup, though — most people I know with hot tubs just have them sitting in their backyards somewhere.

I never realized until now what I wanted all along. And it’s a hot tub room! Haha! Maybe I should have that one constructed in my place.

A hot tub room! Wow, I’d love one of that. As a kid, I’ve never really wanted a hot tub until I became an adult and I found out about them.
So naturally, I want one now. I wonder how long it’ll take me to save up for one.

Hot tubs are amazing. But I can’t really afford them right now. It’s a good thing my friends have one though and they invite us all the time to use it.
So yeah, if you can’t afford a hot tub right now, make friends with someone who has one. Lol!

Hot tubs are great, aren’t they? I don’t have one. But my friends do. And they invite us there all the time for hot tub parties.
We love it so much that we’re thinking of getting our own hot tub.

We love hot tubs! Our friends have their own hot tubs and they always invite us over for parties.
That love has actually convinced my husband to get one and now we’re asking around. And this weekend, we’re actually going to see about buying one.

I recommend hot tubs, especially if you have a small yard. I would love a pool one day, but the hot tub will do for now.
