It’s no secret that the tough economic times have us all looking for ways to make more money. This past weekend, I was doing some cleaning around the house, and a new way to earn some money hit me. I’m going to sell gold jewelry that I have no use for. Let’s just say I use to have a bit of a jewelry obsession, and I picked up quite a bit of pieces throughout the years.

My goal is to find a place that gives top gold value for my old items. For this reason, the first thing I’m doing is researching the current value of gold. This will give me a better idea of what to expect when I talk with the person that I’m going to sell scrap gold to.

I’m excited to see how much money I can make off of this. If it works out like I plan, I’m going to be doing some more digging into old boxes of gold pieces I no longer use.
