Here are a few tips when installling your laminate floor:

1. Before you install your laminate floor, remove your previous flooring, and assure subfloor is level. You can do this with a laser level.
2. When working with a concrete subfloor, it’s important to protect from moisture using a moisture barrier. Make sure it overlaps and is held together uings duct tape. You may need to install an underpad.
3. Product and expand and contract. Let the floor acclimate for 72 hours before insallation. Inspect boards for defects. It’s a good idea to have an additional 10% product to account for loss of product due to defects.
4. Stagger the boards and maintain minimal length for end boards.
